Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany/EU. Each time you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects technical access data (server log files), namely your IP address, the time of access, and the browser used (user agent). This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website. These logs are stored only briefly and are not combined with other data sources.
Google Fonts

Request forms (demo request and contact)
The forms at Request a demo and Contact (and their German- and French-language equivalents) run directly on avalyx.io and are not routed through Heyflow or any other third-party provider. When you fill out these forms, we process the following information: first name, last name, work email address, position, company name, company size, and country, plus — on the demo form — the HR areas you select, and — on the contact form — additionally your phone number and message. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry or to schedule a demo appointment with you. We do not share this data with Heyflow or any CRM system unless you separately consent to this at a later stage (for example, when booking an appointment or advancing toward a contract).
Other avalyx services
This website also links to our app and demo subdomains (app.avalyx.io, demo.avalyx.io). These are not third-party offerings but part of the avalyx product itself; they are covered by their own, separately scoped privacy notice at the product level, distinct from this marketing-website policy (see the "Scope" section below).
Heyflow (outbound lead generation)
For targeted outreach to prospective customers as part of our outbound sales activities (cold outreach to companies researched via Zefix and Apollo), we separately use the provider Heyflow. This process is independent of the forms on this website; Heyflow's own form in turn links back to this same imprint and privacy page. For individuals who come into contact with Heyflow through this separate channel, Heyflow's privacy policy additionally applies.
